I am an Associated Researcher at the Institute of Biomedical Ethics and History of Medicine (IBME), ITE Lab (Information, Technology & Experimental Ethics), University of Zurich, where I study transferable cognitive tools that empower individuals to autonomously navigate mis/disinformation, particularly during public health crises.

Drawing on a PhD in Molecular Medicine from Ulm University and extensive experience in medical writing, I investigate how scientific knowledge enters the digital public sphere — how it is communicated, consumed, and eventually distorted on social media.

My research aims to address cognitive vulnerabilities, strengthen individual autonomy and foster durable resilience to health mis/disinformation in fast-evolving infodemics.
